RENTAL RATES

any of next 21 nights, $100 each night ; after these four weeks, inquire.
No children under 7, No pets, and No more than 3 persons per apartment
( surcharge for 3rd person is $30 per night )
Rent includes all utility charges including local and LD phone calls to most of Europe, N. America, China, and Australia. Confirmations are made only
by prepayment of rent and rent is nonrefundable; the first person to
pay the rent shall receive the confirmation; payment is accepted in
personal checks, wire to owner's US account, electronic transfer, or via credit card.

Very large living/dining/sleeping
room, long room with Louis XV escritoire, and two Louis XV armoires,
fully equipped large kitchen, full size tub and shower, sleeps 3 (one
double deluxe Murphy bed and one single chair bed), 3 very tall
double French windows on rue du Cygne,
no air conditioning.

* Building secured at night/weekends by digicode; double bolt locks on apartment door
* Apartments are located in the pedestrian zone at the intersection of two pedestrian streets which eliminates nearly all vehicular noise. Paris is a noisy city, however, and there is some pedestrian and business noise from below.
